Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and products
- Not less than 2 yrs in selling Insurance product
- Familiarity with market research and analysis
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM office
- Fluency in English and Swahili
