KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls
• Customer support
• Data Entry and Record Keeping
• Meeting Performance Targets
• Using Call Centre Tools and Systems
• Following Scripts and Procedures
• Maintaining Professionalism

QUALIFICATIONS
➢ Must have Diploma or Degree in Business administration, Human resource, public
relations, Mass communication, Customer service or any other related field.
➢ Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
➢ MUST be conversant using Computer (MS Word and Excel)
➢ Approach every task with impeccable attention to details and documentations.
➢ Have a proven background in motivating people to do their best and perform duties as per company policy.
