Job Summary
Driving and growing the Public Sector business within the Commercial Banking business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies and plans to achieve leadership economics across the Public Sector segment.
- Seek cross-sell opportunities in all relationships and collaborate with other units of the bank to ensure end-to-end banking of all existing Commercial Banking customer portfolios and other support units driving value chain spin-offs.
- Breaking new grounds and sign on/management of new Commercial Banking relationships new customer acquisition in line with set budgets.
- Handle client queries of day-to-day nature and assist in resolving client’s problems.
- Build and develop a high-performing team by driving performance development and coaching to achieve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure full adherence to Operational Risk and Compliance guidelines e.g., KYC and anti-money laundering measures.
- Lead strategic initiatives that will create business growth.

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related fields of study.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 7 years’ experience in Relationship Management with at least 5 years in public sector.

Job Summary
To lead and grow the high value segments and wealth management business, deliver personalized financial solutions, superior service and risk-adjusted returns to affluent and high net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver of sales, revenue, deposit, risk asset, targets, and efficiency ratio approved budgets
- Develop differentiated value propositions, product suites and service models for high value customers across deposits, lending, investments, insurance and advisory
- Grow Premier portfolio by offering products and services
- Lead acquisition and portfolio growth of high value customers, ensuring sustainable growth in assets under management, deposits, lending and fee income
- Share knowledge and best practice
- Manage budgets, resources and P&L for the high value and wealth management business, ensuring cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with operations risk
- Coordinate with marketing and communications to position the affiliate as the wealth management partner of choice in the market

Lead Corporate bank business sales/revenue momentum and relationship management through the creation of streamlined processes, ensuring and improving the quality and efficiency of sales and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieving annual revenue target for the Corporate bank business
- Develop and oversee corporate strategy aligned with the organization’s long-term business goals; review and approve credit risk transactions
- Implement appropriate marketing strategies and business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales budget
- Deliver customer solutions including credit, treasury, and transaction banking products
- Monitor business per products line such as Lending, Cash Management, Trade as well as per Business segmentation (Global, Regional Corporates) profitability and other performance metrics set by the Line Managers
Qualification & Experience Required
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Banking or Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or other related fields of study
- Professional Experience: At least 10 years banking experience, 10 of which must be in Sales/Client Relationship Management (preferably in Wholesale/Corporate/Investment Bank) at a management level
