Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell NovFeed’s agricultural inputs to farmers, agro-dealers, and partners.
- Conduct extensive field visits across different regions in Tanzania.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Gather market insights and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and technical support where necessary.
- Prepare sales reports and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.

- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales and marketing within the agricultural sector is highly preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently for fieldwork.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.
