Job Title: Learning MentorLocation

WHO WE ARE
SCHULBANK is a German-Tanzanian NGO founded in 2013. In cooperation with high-quality educational institutions from primary school to university, we run a scholarship program for orphans and children of very poor families. In addition to the financial support, we accompany the scholarship holders on their educational path to their entry into the profession.
As a Learning Mentor, you are the companion of children and adolescents in our scholarship program. You have a personal relationship with every scholar, you know the family environment and you are in constant communication with their teachers. You maintain the school results in our monitoring system and analyze the educational development of your mentees. Together with guardians and teachers, you develop individual educational pathways and propose measures to support strong and weak students.
