Project Manager at Amani Orphans Home Mbigili September 2018 - Ajira Tanzania

PROJECT MANAGER at Amani Orphans Home Mbigili September 2018
Amani Orphans Home – Mbigili (AOHM), is a Non-governmental Organization registered under NGO Act of 2002, with its registration number 04NGO/1494. AOHM was established in the year 2007 under the joint venture between Tanzania Board of trustees and the German board of donors.

The Amani Orphans Home Mbigili consists of the three departments. The first is the Children´s Department, which currently hosts 79 children in the orphans home and secondary schools. The second department is the Farm, adjacent to the orphanage. It provides nutritious food for the children. The third department is the Home-Based-Care Program, which supports more than 60 families outside the orphanage and gives over 90 children the chance to go to school, college, vocational training or university.

It is our goal that the children can grow up in a non-violent, loving and familiar environment. It is important to us that aside from providing access to education, (school, apprenticeship, access to university or realizing their own projects), we can support the children´s talents and interests individually.
