Conduct frequent telecommunication market analysis to quickly adapt and develop business strategy.
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
Actively participate in the definition and design of the business strategy and forecast in the Branch to ensure that the activity will achieve the desired outcomes.
Build and manage the budget in Branch business activity.
Build, Develop and maintain strong business channel.
Analyse the programme/projects requirements with various business units and define the scope, initiatives and deliverables for each stream.
Organise functional teams to develop and execute various deliverables and ensure achievement of all business objectives.
Business reporting including regular progress reporting to senior executives on business result and activity to the Board of Directors.
